The optimization of ink filtration process has always been a major problem. Agglomerates, by-products and large size pigment particles that was needed to be solved. According to the impurities in the ink, different filter materials and processes of filtration products are provided that these targeted solutions will be more accurate. The filter membrane materials independently developed by Cobetter make all this easier to achieve. In addition, there are capsule products for selection in the actual using for a more easier operation.


  • AdvanLife® Filter Cartridges Cobetter AdvanLife Filter Cartridges feature a unique single layer asymmetric hydrophilic polyethersulpone membrane. They are designed for filtration of aqueous liquids, including dye-based ink jet inks. It’s membrane is characterized by high dirt holding capacity, high flow rate, high effiiciency and longer life time.
  • GlassFlow® Filter Cartridges Cobetter GlassFlow®​ Filter Cartridges are made of super fine glass fiber media with a pre-layer constructed of polypropylene for pigment-based ink and paste and dye-based dispersed inks and paste for use during pre-filtration and final filtration. Glass Fiber Media has an inherently absorptive characteristic that enhances filter retention capability.

  • Absoguard® Filter Cartridges Cobetter Absoguard® Filter Cartridge is an pleated depths filter. It combines and nano fiber media, provides absolute efficiency with excellent particles retention. Cobetter Absoguard® Filter is an excellent choice for a wide range of digital printing ink jet inks filtration, especially for pre-filtration of dye-based inks.
  • PolyRolled® Filter Cartridges Cobetter PolyRolled® Depth Filters are made of continuously rolled microfiber (for a total of 56 layers).The outer layers are constructed of graded pore size while the inner layers are stable pore size. This provides a large filter area and high efficiency. Highly recommended for pigment-based inks, ceramic inks, and disperse ink jet inks filtration.
