Cobetter Mixed Cellulose Esters (MCE) membrane filter
is an unsupported, hydrophilic membrane, composed of inert cellulose nitrate and cellulose acetate polymers. It’s one of the most widely used membranes in analytical and research applications.

As the primary choice for Microbiological Analysis Membranes, Nitrocellulose Mixed Ester MCE membrane filter is characterized by a smoother and more uniform surface than pure nitrocellulose (NC) filter, thus providing superior flow rates. With biologically inert property, it’s ideal for a wide range of sterilization, clarification, and analytical applications, including sterilization and clarification of aqueous solutions, microbiological analysis, industrial hygiene applications, particle monitoring analysis, etc.

Withstand autoclaving temperatures up to 130°C without adversely affecting bubble point, flow rate or microbiological recovery.

Cobetter Mixed Cellulose Ester MCE membrane series provide full range of choices, including MCE plain membrane with customized sizes, MCE gridded membrane filter individually wrapped, and MCE gridded membrane filters in a pleated band for dispensers.
